Waste Tech offers quality OASIS rainwater harvesters at prices everyone can afford - whether your tank is above or below ground, for your full house or just the garden, a ready-made rainwater harvester or one that you build yourself.  We offer email and telephone support 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Why use precious and expensive drinking water to water your plants, (they much prefer rainwater anyway) wash the yard, wash your car or wash your windows?

We'll give you support 7 days a week and will help you choose the right equipment if you want to build your own rainwater harvester. Nearly all of our tanks and equipment come from Germany where rainwater harvesters have been used for many years.

Do you have a rainwater butt?

Many people use rainwater butts and barrels to collect rainwater from the roof for watering the garden, but these are usually only very small - up to 50 gallons or 200 litres.  This volume will only run a hosepipe for around 12 minutes and will not protect your plants in a drought We supply bigger rainwater tanks at lower prices. We also offer rainwater harvester tanks which are visually attractive and disguise their function as a wine barrel or tree stump and large tanks that can be located anywhere and installed either above or below ground.

Our range of acessories make designing rainwater harvesters easy - Filters, Syphons and floats help stop sediment forming in the tank and stored water turning brackish.  Pumps make sure that your water always has good pressure.

 Using rainwater in the house

If you are building a new house, barn conversion or intending major plumbing renovations, rainwater harvesters can be used to feed WCs and washing machines at very little extra cost. Tanks of 2000 to 7000 litres are needed for full home supply and we can supply you with a complete system or the parts needed, including tanks, pumps, filters, syphons and a mains switchover system to the mains if the tank runs out.

Hosepipe Bans.

You can forget about them.  If you have your own rainwater harvester, they do NOT apply to you!  For example, with a 5000 litre tank and a 100 m long drip system, you could water for an hour a day for 90 days before the tank ran dry, or with a 1500 litre tank, for 30 days.  If it rained during these periods, your tank would fill again.
